General Policies
To provide all guests with an enjoyable experience, we kindly ask that the following policies be respected.
Outside Food & Beverage
Outside food and beverages are not permitted. The only exception is store-bought or bakery-made cakes. A $25 cake-cutting fee applies.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited within 50 feet of the building, including electronic cigarettes and vaping devices.
Dress Code & Attire
Appropriate attire is required at all times. The following are not permitted:
- Skateboards or scooters
- Shoes with attached wheels or skates
- Clothing or tattoos displaying visible profanity or objectionable artwork
Pet Policy
Dogs are welcome but must remain on a leash at all times. Pets are not permitted on furniture or inside the building.
Age Requirements
Before 9:00 PM
Guests must be 18 years of age or older with a valid ID, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
After 9:00 PM
Guests must be 21 years of age or older with a valid ID, or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Identification Requirements
To verify that you are 21 years of age or older, a valid government-issued photo ID is required. We cannot accept IDs that are expired, cracked, altered, or otherwise damaged.
Loitering & Solicitation
Loitering and solicitation are not permitted on the premises.
Photography & Video Recording
Photography and video recording may take place on the premises. By entering the property, you acknowledge and consent to the use of your name, image, likeness, and/or voice in promotional materials without notice or compensation.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse service to anyone
- Modify these policies at any time due to local conditions, seasonal considerations, special events, or other circumstances
